Anna-Maria practices transformational coaching, an approach based on an effective partnership between the client and the coach. The will to make changes is fundamental in this approach. She will help you to make the right adjustments in mindset and habits to see your destination clearly, and anticipate/overcome the obstacles that arise on the way.
Every transformation journey begins with taking stock and assessing what change the you want to achieve. Goals, objectives and a timeline are set based after the initial assessment. Your core values and vision are central to this approach, and both of them will be challenged in order to develop your authentic leadership style. Anna-Maria can’t think of anything more rewarding than to see individuals grow and glow. She has experience from this as a leader within brand, marketing and sales functions at multinational companies and small professional service firms. She is a Swedish cosmopolitan with work and life experience from Turin, London and New York. Now based in Stockholm, her passion for leadership and interest in individuals and personal development started 20 years ago, attending her first leadership training course: Situational Leadership at American Express. In 2012 she joined the Executive Education branch of Stockholm School of Economics and gained more in-depth experience in executive leadership development. She gradually came to the conclusion that no brand is stronger than its leadership and decided to start her own consultancy to focus on helping brands with growth strategies and leadership development. In 2018 she gained her accreditation as a coach, meeting ICF (International Coach Federation) standards. She now coaches board members, CEO’s and CMO’s across a wide range of businesses and industries.
