About Your Coach

With over 8 years of experience in the Sport & Fitness industry, Ash is a knowledgeable and seasoned Personal Trainer. In addition to his REPS level 4 advanced Personal Training certificate, he also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sport and Exercise Science. His work as a personal trainer has taken him around the world, from his origins in the UK to New Zealand and back again. He is now working as a dedicated online consultant and coach.
