Katelin offers a personalised approach to health and fitness through her one-on-one sessions. With Katelin, clients will first undergo an initial fitness assessment, before progressing onto individual coaching and an exercise program specially designed to fit their needs. She helps people to develop and update individual training programs regardless of skill level, age, and interests. With her background in nutrition, cardiovascular training, and strength and conditioning she helps  her clients to overcome the obstacles they are facing on the road to becoming their best self.

About Your Coach

Katelin is a fun-loving personal fitness coach based out of Ogden, Utah in the United States. Ever since she was a child she has been passionate about health and fitness. From the age of 4 she has been involved in sports and became passionate about gymnastics, football (“soccer”!), lacrosse, weightlifting and even aerobatics. These days she loves to participate in outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, and rock climbing as well as weight training. Her passion for fitness has led her to obtain an Associates Degree in Exercise Science as well as a certification as a Certified Personal Trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). She also has a background in cardiovascular training, strength training, conditioning, and nutrition to better coach her clients towards their health and fitness goals.
