Kristina is a nutritionist and a food-lover, especially when it comes to desserts! She wholeheartedly believes in living an active, healthy and balanced life while avoiding “diets” and food restrictions. Inspired by her experiences as a successful dietitian in New York, as well as a high-performance athlete, she now dedicates herself to her clients. She does this by providing personalized nutrition education to empower her clients to achieve their goals through small but significant changes. Kristina offers nutrition coaching that is tailored to her clients after understanding their goals and guiding each individual to optimize their overall health.

About Your Coach 

Kristina is a caring, people-person, with a love of nutrition and physical activity. She grew up in New York with a deep appreciation for physical activity alongside her brothers, developing a passion for lacrosse. Kristina remains active by running, cycling, hiking, and weight lifting, and she loves to spend her time outdoors.

Kristina’s aspiration has always been to teach and empower people to succeed any way she could. Her love of nutrition, fitness and helping people guided Kristina to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist in the United States where she holds a Masters in Nutrition & Dietetics, and a Bachelors Degree in Human Nutrition. Kristina has over five years of experience as a Registered Dietitian where she worked in hospital and private settings. Kristina’s calling is to help people find their way to a happy and healthy lifestyle that works best for them.
