Kristy helps her clients to get out of their own way, to understand what success looks like and to start achieving it. She offers life, health and relationship coaching.
Her approach is to help her clients understand their current obstacles, how to grow past what is stopping them, and learn to forgive past mis-steps. She believes in a holistic approach to wellness and growth, and thinks it is possible to reach our goals once we fully understand how to stop letting ourselves get in the way. In her sessions, she will work with you to define reasonable, achievable goals, and a plan to reach them.
Kristy helps her clients to grow through the stages of change, remove self-doubt, and emerge with the clarity of self-respect, endurance, and the understanding of what their ideal tomorrow looks like and how to get it. She believes that everyone at some point needs a support system and feels privileged to call that her purpose.
About Your Coach
Kristy believes the power of positive thinking brings about positive change and positive results. She began her own process of self-discovery nearly 10 years ago and has not looked back since. Before her new beginning, she struggled with poor mental health, was 40kg overweight and suffered in silence on a daily basis. Through self-work and endeavour she has learned the power of change and how to create a more positive and fulfilling life.
Kristy is a certified and experienced coaching professional who helps individuals who are ready to be empowered, take back their lives, and make positive life changes. She holds two master’s degrees; a Master of Science in life coaching psychology and a Master of Science in industrial/organizational psychology. She is also a certified group fitness instructor and leads group fitness classes when not on a coaching call. Through coaching, she aims to help her clients to find the motivation and inspiration they need to become the best version of themselves.
