With the International Coaching Federation’s (ICF) standards and code of ethics, Malin offers hands-on tools to support sustainable change, while keeping it fun, simple and efficient. Every coaching session has a structure of setting clear goals, identifying obstacles and resources, and finding alternative solutions. Clients are encouraged to move from thought to action, and to always celebrate insights and wins.
Malin has an undisputed faith in the human capacity to change for the better. She inspires self-fulfillment, challenges preconceptions, and strives to help her clients find their will, courage, and ability to grow.
She focuses on patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Helping her clients become aware and mindful of patterns to “catch” them as they come along and intentionally take action. Getting unstuck and moving forward, while creating deep awareness and drive is key.
During her coaching sessions clients feel at ease and confident about who they are in a space of complete understanding and acceptance. That’s why they can find their way forward and hold themselves accountable for actions and results. They leave each coaching session feeling motivated and empowered – ready to take on life.
“It’s never too late or too early to create a happier, healthier, and more balanced life.”
About Your Coach
With 15 years in the Corporate world, 10 years in the Coaching Business, and 15 years in the Health and Wellness area, Malin is well prepared to take on any challenges her clients may have, being it business, self-improvement or health-related. With more than 1000 hours of coaching, she is an experienced and highly esteemed partner of change.
Malin is passionate about inspiring people to live a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life. Her life purpose is to help people feel their best, be their best, and live their absolute best lives. She does this through Business & Lifestyle coaching, blogging, vlogging, mentoring, and training.
Malin is Swedish, married, mother of two and a dog owner. She became a professional certified coach in 2012, opted out of her corporate journey, and started her own business offering change management, coaching, mentoring, and weight-loss training. Her journey has been long and winding, but her philosophy is that failure and mistakes can only make you stronger.
After years of both business and health coaching, Malin found that there is an increasing need for stress relief and personal development support in society. Inspired by Robin Sharma, she believes that there are too many people ‘busy being busy’. This is a harmful cycle that has fatal consequences on individual, family and society’s health and wellbeing.
In her own words:
“We all want to be happy, healthy, and wealthy, don’t we? But there’s a huge difference between wanting something and being willing to work for it. If YOU’re willing to do some serious work on yourself and your circumstances, then we’re a match! I hope to see you very soon!”
