Nancy helps her clients identify and release inner “traffic jams” such as resentment, guilt, hurts and traumas from the past, limiting beliefs and patterns of sabotage, so they can open to the flow of their desired lives. She has specialized with addiction and narcissistic/emotional abuse recovery, life transitions and weight loss, but her techniques can help release any blocks and reach any goals.
She takes clients on an empowering journey of self-love, helping them build awareness, transcend victim consciousness and claim their power back from the many ways they’ve dispersed it. Nancy often incorporates EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and other energy healing processes, breath work, visualization, forgiveness and mindfulness into her coaching, and this varies by client. Having worked with clients that range from women who were just coming out of prison and homeless to high-profile clients, she understands that personal development is not a one-size-fits-all practice.
Nancy is currently supporting clients who are grappling with anxiety, loss and change. As someone who has been through the experience of having life as she knew it ending abruptly, through a natural disaster and other challenging circumstances, she can compassionately help clients tap into their strength and resilience, while also being present with their feelings.
