She specializes in weight loss nutrition, getting back on track (and how to stay on track!), digestive issues, meal planning, intermittent fasting, improving sleep, and managing stress. About Your Coach
Stephanie graduated with honors from Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics in 2012. She completed her accredited internship and became a Registered Dietitian in 2013. She is now enhancing her practice through the completion of a NBHWC approved Health and Wellness Coach certification. Stephanie is passionate about nutrition and wellness – she has seen clients overcome so many hurdles and reach their health and fitness goals, utilizing food as medicine. She loves the challenge of staying up to date with nutrition and health science as it is constantly changing. One of her strengths is helping to separate fact from fad (are eggs good to eat or bad to eat? Should I be using coconut sugar?), as there is an abundance of conflicting information in the world of wellness. While nutrition is her foundation, she also continues to explore improved health through movement, breathwork, smart supplementation, and fasting.
